Shadow: follow the recall setup
Stay for the setup. Shadow is outside with the family and trainer, and the red line remains part of the lesson. Follow how the people arrange the task, where the camera turns and what the next visible moment shows.
29:54 · The people arrange the exercise.

The person in red holds the coiled line. The trainer gestures, reaches toward it and moves farther into the yard. Shadow and both people change position. The spoken setup proposes engaging Shadow while the owner calls from farther away.
Keep the line in your viewing record. This is an arranged, supported lesson in this yard. The source’s chapter card gives a summary; the surrounding picture supplies the handling context.
30:28 · Follow the invitation and the camera.
Continue from 30:28. Shadow moves near the trainer. He invites the owner to give a recall. The existing automatic transcript does not resolve the precise timing and wording of every later call, so this pathway avoids a reconstructed quotation.
From about 30:43 to 30:54, the camera points toward the trainer and the moving dog is outside the view. Keep that interval in the source. A short edit cannot restore the unseen arrival simply by making the cut smoother.
30:57 · Shadow is visible with her owner.
Open the next visible owner moment. Shadow is near the person in red. The person bends toward her and continues handling. The trainer moves closer, then the view widens again.
That continuation matters. A finish-position picture and the full sequence around it answer different questions. You can see where the dog is now while leaving the unshown part of her route open. This pathway ends before the recording’s later unrelated conversation.

Academy’s line-observation guide gives four details to record before comparing clips. Return indoors with the complete new-bed lesson, or watch Shadow’s family film for the goals, home practice and later family account.
The published Shadow case connects her wider training story. A single source pathway is one part of that larger record.
