Angier K9 is a family-owned, play-based Board & Train serving Angier, Raleigh and the Triangle, with three full owner lessons.
His trainers nicknamed him “the Sharkie” for his mouthy, ball-crazy play. Over four weeks they used that same play to teach Apollo to listen when he was most wound up, and then handed every exercise to his owner.
Start where he finished.
The film opens with Apollo settled in a down at his go-home lesson. At 0:17 his trainer describes how he does with people.
Watch the game become the training.
At 1:04 the rules inside the game come into view. At 1:41 Apollo is called off his ball without the e-collar, and at 2:03 he works fully off leash as his owner says, “I’m pretty happy with this.”
